First step is marination , So take a medium size bowl and add 2 large size chopped potato.
Then add corn flour, rice flour, chilli powder, salt and ginger garlic paste in the same bowl.
Now mix it very well and leave it for 5 minutes.
Now heat the oil to the pan and add potato marination one by one in oil pan.
Then fry 3 to 4 minutes until they turn into golden brown and transfer to the plate.
Now place one large cooking pot and add oil.
After oil heat add chopped onion , chopped garlic, chopped ginger then stir fry in high flame.
Then add chopped green beans, chopped carrot, chopped green chilli, chopped cabbage and ginger garlic paste then stir fry in high flame but do not over cook.
Now add chilli sauce, soy sauce and black pepper then stir fry in high flame.
Now add fried potato in gravy and stir fry together in high flame.
Then add boiled basmati rice and mix it gently in high flame.
Now add some more pepper, coriander leaves then mix it together.
Now, this is the time for serving hot and tasty vegetable fried rice.
