Vegetable Fried Rice

Ingredients :

For Marination :

  • Large Potato – 2 nos
  • Corn Flour – 1.5 tbsp
  • Rice Flour – 1 tbsp
  • Chilli Powder – 1/2 tbsp
  • Ginger Garlic Paste – 1/2 tbsp
  • Water
  • Salt

For Cooking :

  • Oil – 3 tbsp
  • Large Onion – 1 nos
  • Garlic – 10 piece
  • Ginger – 1/2 piece
  • Green Beans – 100g
  • Carrot – 1 nos
  • Green Chilli – 2 nos
  • Chopped Cabbage – 1 cup
  • Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 tbsp
  • Chilli Sauce – 1.5 tbsp
  • Soy Sauce – 1/4 tsp
  • Black Pepper – 1 tbsp
  • Basmati Rice
  • Coriander Leaves

How To Make Vegetable Fried Rice

  • First step is marination , So take a medium size bowl and add 2 large size chopped potato.
  • Then add corn flour, rice flour, chilli powder, salt and ginger garlic paste in the same bowl.
  • Now mix it very well and leave it for 5 minutes.
  • Now heat the oil to the pan and add potato marination one by one in oil pan.
  • Then fry 3 to 4 minutes until they turn into golden brown and transfer to the plate.
  • Now place one large cooking pot and add oil.
  • After oil heat add chopped onion , chopped garlic, chopped ginger then stir fry in high flame.
  • Then add chopped green beans, chopped carrot, chopped green chilli, chopped cabbage and ginger garlic paste then stir fry in high flame but do not over cook.
  • Now add chilli sauce, soy sauce and black pepper then stir fry in high flame.
  • Now add fried potato in gravy and stir fry together in high flame.
  • Then add boiled basmati rice and mix it gently in high flame.
  • Now add some more pepper, coriander leaves then mix it together.
  • Now, this is the time for serving hot and tasty vegetable fried rice.
