Ingredients :
- Wheat Flour – 1/2 kg
- Chilli Powder – 1/4 tbsp
- Garam Masala – 1/4 tbsp
- Cumin Powder – 1/4 tbsp
- Coriander Powder -1/2 tbsp
- Cumin Seeds – 1/4 tbsp
- Rava (semolina) – 1 tbsp
- Sugar – 1/4 tbsp
- Mint Leaves – 2 piece
- Refined Oil – 1 tbsp
- Refined Oil (for fry) – as required
- Water – as required
- Salt to taste
How To Make Masala Poori
- First take a large size bowl and add wheat flour.
- And also add masala like chilli powder, garam masala, cumin powder, coriander powder, cumin seeds.
- Then add rava its make the poori crispy and add sugar its help change into golden colour.
- Now add mint leaves its give extra flavour to poori and add refined oil, salt to taste.
- Now add required amount of water and knead it dough.
- Finally add little oil for prevent dough from drying
- After 5 minutes take a small ball size poori dough.
- Take a board apply oil or dust with flour.
- Then roll gently and uniformly make it round shape.
- Now its time to fry in puffy. So, put it hot oil press gently and splash it oil.
- Then its come up puffy and flip over all side.
- Now take it out golden brown colour poori.
- Then serve with hot poori and perfect side dish.
