Ingredients :
- 4 tbsp Sesame Oil
- 1/2 tbsp Fenugreek
- 100g Small Onion
- 1 Green Chilli
- 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 2 Tomato
- 1 kg Prawn
- 1 tbsp Chilli Powder
- 1/2 tbsp Coriander Powder
- 1/2 tbsp Cumin Powder
- 1 tbsp Pepper Powder
- 2 pinch Turmeric Powder
- 1/2 cup Water
- 1/4 cup Coconut Milk
- Salt to taste
How to make Prawn Gravy
- First take a large pan over medium flame and heat sesame oil for about 2 minutes.
- After oil heated add chopped small onion in it and saute well untill turns golden colour.
- Then add green chilli, ginger garlic paste, chopped tomato and saute it well.
- Now add prawn to the pan and cook it for 2 minutes.
- After prawn cooked, its a time to add masala’s like chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder, pepper powder, salt to taste.
- After masala added, saute it add water and close the lid to the pan, then cook for 5 minutes on medium flame till the prawns are tender.
- Now the prawns are cooked well but the gravy is light. So add coconut milk to enrich the gravy flavour ( if you not like coconut milk just leave it ).
- Then mix it well and serve it hot with roti or rice.
