Egg Noodles

Ingredients :

  • Noodles – 1 pack
  • Green Chilli – 1
  • Egg – 4
  • Pepper Powder – 1 tbsp
  • Salt – as required
  • Garlic – 7 piece
  • Ginger – 1 piece
  • Onion – 1
  • Carrot – 1
  • Cabbage – 50g
  • Beans – 50g
  • Chilli Sauce – 1 tbsp
  • Tomato Sauce – 1 tbsp
  • Soy Sauce – 1/4 tbsp
  • Refined Oil – as required

How to make Egg Noodles

  • Take water in a pan and let it boiled for 4-5 minutes on medium flame.
  • Then add oil, salt and stir it well.
  • After stired add full noodles and gently stir without break noodles for 6-7 minutes.
  • Now strain the noodles and keep it aside for 10 minutes.
  • First place a pan add oil, break the eggs in a pan, add salt, black pepper powder and cook for 2 minutes on medium flame.
  • After egg cooked in one side and flip into another side, then cut the egg into small pieces.
  • To make noodles add oil on same pan, add chopped garlic, chopped ginger, sliced onion, sliced carrot, chopped cabbage and chopped beans, then cook it for 2 minutes on high flame.
  • Then add chilli sauce, tomato sauce, soy sauce, salt and stir it for 2 minutes on high flame.
  • Now add boiled noodles and mix it gently, then add black pepper powder, egg small pieces.
  • Mix it gently cook on high flame and serve hot.
