Fish Fry

Ingredients :

  • 1/2 kg Fish
  • 1/2 tbsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1 tbsp Chilli Powder
  • 1/4 tbsp Garam Masala
  • 1/2 tbsp Coriander Powder
  • 1/4 tbsp Cumin Powder
  • 1/2 tbsp Pepper Powder
  • Salt as required
  • 1/2 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1/2 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1.5 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tbsp Corn Flour

How to make Fish Fry

  • First step is marination, so take fish pieces and wash them well under running water.
  • Then transfer the fish pieces into large size bowl.
  • Add turmeric powder, chilli powder, garam masala, coriander powder, cumin powder, pepper powder, salt, ginger garlic paste, lemon juice, oil, corn flour.
  • Now mix it well and coat it all over the whole fish piece with masala paste.
  • After coat all the fish pieces with masala paste and marinate the fish for 10-15 minutes.
  • Now its a time to fry fish pieces, place a pan add 3 tbsp oil and heat with medium flame.
  • After oil heated add masala coated fish and cook for 5 minutes on medium flame.
  • After one side cooked flip it all over the side and cook for 5 minutes on medium flame.
  • Now take out fish pieces plate them and serve hot.
