Ingredients :
- 1/2 kg Fish
- 1/2 tbsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 tbsp Chilli Powder
- 1/4 tbsp Garam Masala
- 1/2 tbsp Coriander Powder
- 1/4 tbsp Cumin Powder
- 1/2 tbsp Pepper Powder
- Salt as required
- 1/2 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 1/2 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1.5 tbsp Oil
- 1 tbsp Corn Flour
How to make Fish Fry
- First step is marination, so take fish pieces and wash them well under running water.
- Then transfer the fish pieces into large size bowl.
- Add turmeric powder, chilli powder, garam masala, coriander powder, cumin powder, pepper powder, salt, ginger garlic paste, lemon juice, oil, corn flour.
- Now mix it well and coat it all over the whole fish piece with masala paste.
- After coat all the fish pieces with masala paste and marinate the fish for 10-15 minutes.
- Now its a time to fry fish pieces, place a pan add 3 tbsp oil and heat with medium flame.
- After oil heated add masala coated fish and cook for 5 minutes on medium flame.
- After one side cooked flip it all over the side and cook for 5 minutes on medium flame.
- Now take out fish pieces plate them and serve hot.
