Masala Poori

Ingredients :

  • Wheat Flour – 1/2 kg
  • Chilli Powder – 1/4 tbsp
  • Garam Masala – 1/4 tbsp
  • Cumin Powder – 1/4 tbsp
  • Coriander Powder -1/2 tbsp
  • Cumin Seeds – 1/4 tbsp
  • Rava (semolina) – 1 tbsp
  • Sugar – 1/4 tbsp
  • Mint Leaves – 2 piece
  • Refined Oil – 1 tbsp
  • Refined Oil (for fry) – as required
  • Water – as required
  • Salt to taste

How To Make Masala Poori

  • First take a large size bowl and add wheat flour.
  • And also add masala like chilli powder, garam masala, cumin powder, coriander powder, cumin seeds.
  • Then add rava its make the poori crispy and add sugar its help change into golden colour.
  • Now add mint leaves its give extra flavour to poori and add refined oil, salt to taste.
  • Now add required amount of water and knead it dough.
  • Finally add little oil for prevent dough from drying
  • After 5 minutes take a small ball size poori dough.
  • Take a board apply oil or dust with flour.
  • Then roll gently and uniformly make it round shape.
  • Now its time to fry in puffy. So, put it hot oil press gently and splash it oil.
  • Then its come up puffy and flip over all side.
  • Now take it out golden brown colour poori.
  • Then serve with hot poori and perfect side dish.
